Hello, your videos and adventures are awesome, my wife and I enjoyed watching. Hey, we were discussing a trip to Ecuador for a while now, but never really knew the best way to travel while in country. We are adventures and love nature, wildlife and culture way more than sightseeing and cities. Although, we know the importance of historical cities, culture and structures. Would you be so kind as to help with information regarding our 2 week endeavor? We'd appreciate any information and/or contacts that you can offer. I'M IN ECUADOR RIGHT NOW!!! But I'm leaving in 2 days. 😭😭😭 My trip has been amazing, at the top of my list. I flew into Guayaquil then went to the Galapagos Islands for a few days. Then flew to Quito and went to Papallacta where they had hit springs. After that we flew to Coca city and took a boat to the Amazon Basin. The Ecuador Amazon is by far my favorite part of the trip! We looked for anacondas, went piranha fishing (we let them go), and walked across these canapoy bridges where we were way above the rest of the trees and saw A BUNCH of bird species. Also met some of the natives and they showed us how they survived, which was so amazing and impressive. We left the Amazon this morning and just got into Quito again. Tomorrow we are visiting the rose plantation and then it's bye bye the next day. I DON'T WANNA GO HOME! 😭😭😭😭😭

One of my favorite countries on the planet, I’m addicted. About to take my 4th trip back in 12 months. 🇪🇨

@@Jetmab04 This is how it has to be, but it will be very far in the future or soon, that already depends on here, besides we cannot say who is the boss of all this, because if I say so I am putting myself at great risk, besides the whole country has arrived until today with a lot of luck, tomorrow we don't know if we will still be alive, due to violent deaths, they choose the victim at random (the children are not saved either), that's why we are very afraid.

My wife is from Ecuador and she took me there several years ago. We went to many places and I saw many many things and people. We even drove above the clouds... let that sink in. Our next stop is the same as yours, Galapagos. Cannot wait to get back there for the humitas and coffee.

This is so beautiful and your children are so blessed to get to see the World as naturally as it is. I lived 68 years in the U.S. and retired to Ecuador ten years ago. There is no place I love more. And the people are the nicest people in the World and still believe that respect comes first, then Family and the Earth. Volcan Cuicocha is my back yard and Plaza de Ponchos is my happy place, as it makes you smile with all the colors. Standing on top of any of the many pyramids takes you into the past. You have done a fantastic job of showing my beautiful country and there is so much more to see. Muchas Gracias!

Ich lebe derzeit in Hamburg und konnte aus verschiedenen Gründen seit fast einem Jahr nicht mehr in mein Heimatland zurückkehren. Es gibt nur sehr wenige (und noch weniger gute) Dokumentarfilme über Ecuador, und deshalb bin ich sehr froh, dass ihr euch die Zeit genommen habt, mein Land von seiner besten Seite zu zeigen. Te puedo recomendar ver canales como el de Lethal Crysis, El mundo al revés entre otros extranjeros, y nacionales el canal de Ecuador y sus Paisajes y el de Damián, claro hay muchos más...si hay muchos reportajes sobre Ecuador como en la DW etc. Aparte me a gustado mucho este reportaje que apenas y me salió en recomendados... Hace un par de semanas estubo x aquí Will Smith para la NatGeo.... 👍

We will be visiting Cuenca for six months, next year. Climbing that mountain and seeing those views are now on my list. I only spent a week in Cuenca in the past, and have been trying for 12 years to get back for a longer stay.

wow I loved the lady's message at the end! I teach high school Spanish and used to show these old DVD's but now with just a laptop was going through all these documentaries and must say yours was quite refreshing! Our next stop is Galapagos and that will be it for this time around in Ecuador. We have travelled around Colombia before KZread and kids and loved our time there. We will for sure be back!
