Ecstatic Dancing & Pain
The greatest difference between a person with persistent pain and no pain is the lack of variability in their movement.
Ecstatic dancing is a method of playfully & freely moving the body in a non self-judgmental way.
The dancing must be fun and comfortable so YOU decide how and how much move.
Try this once a day. 5 minutes of ecstatic dancing can go a long of way making you feel energized & perhaps a bit more confident in your own body.
