Correction:
00:05 The vendor where I purchased the SHP finally was persuaded to give me store credit for the defective SHP. I used that store credit for 2 sets of 400w solar panels.

Number three video for sending the SHP in for "warranty". I'm not optimistic.
The batteries are good (for the most part). However, I have been through 4 SHP in 2 years. I decided to change to a manual distribution panel. I decided the SHP is unreliable and can't be counted on to work, when I need it. So far, the manual approach has worked flawlessly.

Can you explain how you fed the manual distro panel from the DP? Did you modify your Infinity Cable?

@@torino2610 They make a double voltage hob. It connects to the infinity outlet on the Delta Pros. There is a 30amp generator connection on the hub. You connect a cable to that and the generator inlet port on the manual switching panel.

We called that scam companys. Sorry to hear that you pay so much money for that crab i dont no what to say mate
