Dear Michael, Well noted. Thanks for your video. When you do the Device Wiring Test, you need to disconnect the DELTA Pro Portable Power Stations from the Smart Home Panel. Please disconnect your two DELTA Pros from the Smart Home Panel and try to do the Device Wiring Test again.

Interesting. I've seen a few videos now where the SHP doesnt handle pumps at all. How about your other appliances like aircon, lights, etc? Interested in buying a Delta Pro and SHP for our house in Pangasinan. The water pump doesnt like the nightly low voltage here, so maybe i'll leave that out from the SHP.

i have not yet figured out the wiring for it. can't really tell if ive got a bad shp or not. they say i needed 2 delta pros for the shp here, made no difference.

@@torino2610 Perhaps try using the 12V output Anderson connected to an inverter capable of powering your pump. I'll bet that works. There's something wrong with the Delta Pro and SHP combo. I was going to buy a Delta Pro, but even contacting support on a few questions I have about their product seems like pulling teeth. Even their local distributor doesn't answer their Messenger account.

Dear Michael, Are you currently only using channel 9 and channel 10? And is channel 9 connected to AC1, connected to live wire phase 1, and channel 10 connected to AC2 connected to live wire phase 2?

Yes, only using 9 and 10. 9 to AC1 and 10 to AC2.

Following this thread on ur EcoFlow Products. I am considering an Ultra with Smart Panel 2 installation in the Philipines but the support and assitance with ur problem seems really bad and I am now going to consider / look for other options. has ur problem been fixed ?

i have not been able to remedy the problem yet. the ultra and shp 2 may be better, but i would be cautious, especially about the need to buy 2 generators for the shp to work on 220. i was also disappointed that ef puts the fact that you lose 5 circuits when using on a 220 installation in small print...

Dear Michael, Please disconnect your two DELTA Pros from the Smart Home Panel and confirm: 1. Are channels 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 connected to the same phase as AC1 (live wire phase 1)? 2. Are channels 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 connected to another phase as AC2 (live wire phase 2)?

I confirmed again with my electrician that 9 and 10 connected as separate phases on ac1 and ac2.
