At 2:33 in the video you were pointing out a problem. The fix is relatively simple if the blue metal to the right of your finger is accessible on the back side. I have had success with using a piece of flat metal approximately 2 inches wide and a eighth inch thick. You would also need a piece of old conveyor belt. Several nuts and bolts. Cut the metal so it spans the with of your out feed conveyor. Cut a piece of old conveyor belt the same with and long enough to to go past the center of the roller drum by at least 3 inches. Drill holes thru the flat metal old conveyor belt and blue metal and sandwich the piece of old conveyor belt between the metal and bolt in place. I hope you find this helpful. Have a great day. Keep up the excellent content.

Thanks for the solution I figured id just use a mud flap to fix it but until the warranty runs out just going to point out the issues for the guys who are new owners and for the people who maybe interested in buying one im very impressed so far with the unit as a whole what is your thoughts?

The machine itself seems well thought out. I like the way it fits together with the deck. Other than a small learning curve for the hydraulic system it seems like it it is very user friendly. It is a great little machine and will be an excellent bar machine if the company listens to feedback from the customers in the field It is the tweaking that will put it over the top. I see no reason your mud flap will not work I enjoy your channel and the energy you put forth helping others understand what they are getting into. @@RSDOutdoors

Just a suggestion, when you do your re splits flip 3 or 4 pieces in the trough and re split them all at once. That would save quit a bit of time and wear and tear on everything. Ron USCG RET

Did you have to drop a link off the log deck ? Mine is slipping on the infeed. I was thinking of taking the cage off over the splitter so it would make resplits easier and faster as well . My splitter doesn’t actuate every time my bar retracts too so I have to adjust the valve on back , the weird part is the saw stops but splitter doesn’t extend . Only sometimes though

yeah I have the same issue if the saw doesn't make a full cut all the way down then back up I have to trip the splitter and yes on the in feed it still skips with a large log but less I removed one link and snugged the tensioner down tight it needs a tensioner on the other side of the sprocket as well once my chain loosens a bit ill be adding one
