I bought a cs490 off a guy who only used it to cut down a plum tree or something. It was some kind of hardwood. Thats was over two years ago. I was out in my workshop yesterday, and decided to try to start it. Hadnt been started in over two years. Same fuel...started on the second pull. I was overjoyed. Gonna actually try to give it some use

Alot of times greasing the worm drive helps or I even use a ratchet instead of a scrench

What is the top little handle trigger button that's on top from the throttle button and what is that do????

The one on the right is the choke the one on the left is a kill switch just a spring loaded arm that shuts it off

Thats just a safety mechanism. You cant pull the trigger unless that button ontop is down.😊
