Echo CS-310. Is it worth it to buy?
I just purchased echo CS- 310 chainsaw.
The reason to buy it is that it is much lighter than the Husqvarna 450 due to my age.
The weight is almost 3lb lighter than 450.
It makes me quite impressed after cutting some limbs, branches and dead oak trees.

I think they are a great little saw, I purchased one for brushing some overgrown fields. I put a 18" Laser bar & chain on it just for more reach and replaced the standard clutch with a cartridge type to help keep the chain from being thrown by grass and brush. I love the saw, it starts so easy and runs great.

It took my 310 a while to break in, it has a 16 inch bar, this little sucker punches well above its weight class

It's an awesome saw due to the weight. Great saw for knocking off limbs as you stated. Curious if you ever adjusted the carb? I ask because the manual states to not adjust until you run a few tanks of fuel. Mine also felt like it wasn't running full throttle at first but it eventually started running full out after a couple of tanks. Cheers.

No carburetor adjustments needed yet. It has been working so well for fruit tree trims.😂😂😂

@@jkk040 I have had my saw for years, lightly used prob only around 10x tanks of fuel in that time. I decided to remove the caps to access the high and low speed adjustments and holy hell hasn't it lit up the saw, I ddi remove the spark arrester and cover from exhaust aswell and its absolutely awesome now, will take on anything even with its 12 inch bar.

Nice video. Bought mine a few months ago. She starts and runs great. I’m running the premixed fuel that’s ethanol free. All my 2 cycle stuff doesn’t seems to run so much better using the ethanol free and it starts when I need it to after sitting several months 👍👍👍

For Last 20 years, I have utilized Chevron regular gas on all 2 & 4 cycle small engine equipment. Removing the gas from the gas tank after use then starting the engines until burn out the gas then stored. Specifically, for 2cycle equipment like chainsaws. The premixed fuel is too expensive for me. 😭😂😭
