I got mine about a month ago and it’s worked so well and I love it. Use it almost everyday. After a 45 min class my day is so much better.

Awesome video! Going to try that seat adjustment you mentioned today. That was my only complaint about this bike but if that works it's a 10/10.

@@MakeItorBreakItNow It's a bit clunky in places but so far so good! I've never actually done spin classes before, so there's a learning curve. But it's nice that they walk you through everything.

Thanks for the video great info . I’m about 5’ 7 and started cycling at home for daily workout. Where should I put my height and distance of the seat to be comfortable riding? Thanks 😊

Geo P, not sure what your inseam is, or your riding style. On indoor cycles I usually have the handlebars at the max height, and on this bike its at "7" because my son rides the bike also and I get tired of changing the seat. The fore and aft of the bike seat is also important. I prefer to sit pretty far forward. Hope this helps. BTW all of the above is the result of riding 10,000s of miles so you might prefer something entirely different, but its a start...

shaolin95, still going strong, and I use it about 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week.

I bought the echelon Ex5 and I ride it almost daily it’s a great bike and does everything I need.
