No one in any of the clips looked scared of him. More impressive that the much smaller guy #8 was willing to go after him. Being bigger and more athletic than everyone is just God given gift for him, not earned. Being the smaller guy and willing to going after the bigger guy is ture heart

Eban’s physical stature is defiantly not a “God Given Gift”. He worked very hard to achieve his muscle mass and his size. In a few clips it doesn’t show their scared but in their mind they are shitting themselves when he is running like a steam train.

Certainly looks like it, but honestly the referees in rugby demand respect, and the players give it to them. The difference between Rugby and football players in how they treat the referee is massive. Definitely check out some vids on rugby refs

My favorite rugby player.. I'm a big fan from Nigeria

I used to play the same way as Eben and ram every opponent in front of me. People nickname me the Tank. Since i broke my collarbone a few years back i wasnt fit to play anymore unless i want to lose a shoulder and arm. it was a good run of my life. I still miss playing rugby. I played it since i was 10 up to 22.

Today I found that Rugby is the most interesting sport

Eben would 100% be in my world 15, him and Bryan Habana and I'm a kiwi, and to be honest I'd probably have a couple more SA in my team👍

This is one sport I wish I would have found when I was a young man, don't know if I would have been any good at it but I sure as heck would have played it and gave it a try, just started watching rugby about 2 years ago and this is one tough badass sport👍🏻

Its such a good sport to watch. Such respectful tful men too. Read up on the players or watch videos about them. They are so humble and not arrogant at all.

Never watched any rugby videos before. But youtube be like: hey watch this today 😒

His reputation means some opposing players seem to back off slightly...he is very clever...never throws punches but wrestles. Used to think he was a thug but actually he intimidates, uses his strength and usually stays just within the rules.

There is no denying that this man is no man at all.. He's a BEAST!

Being from the usa I don't get to see much rugby but what I do see tells me just how tough these guys are, puts American football to shame.

I have to admit; I never watch Rugby, but now I want to...what a crazy game!

He's an absolute giant and looks like he has a decent top speed and good hands. Amazing for a 2nd row. Someone here was comparing him to Jonah Lomu which isn't the right thing to do because they play completely different but equally important positions.
