No it's not, I tried to sell a Pokemon card on there awhile ago. Buyer damaged the card after he got it, eBay forced me to pay him back when he asked for a refund; then he didn't even ship the damn card back. On top of all of that I got fucking banned. Even after I had pictures and video of the card before I shipping it off NOT in the condition the seller said it was in, I still lost. My boyfriend had to lend me the money to pay that bastard back because I had already spent the sale money on food I needed.

Thats why you only buy and sell expensive items to people with built up positive feedback and when you sell there are plenty of ways to protect yourself from scammers anyways. One way that's getting big is a invisible marker that shows up in certain light. You make your mark document it and if they say something then you can prove it's yours or not

The PS3 and PS2 and PS1 boxes wouldn't even fit in there. I tested it because well, I got a lot of boredom and all my old boxes of my old consoles.

This is why I will never buy anything on eBay ever again. Something similar happened to me over a decade ago when I purchased mobile phones on eBay. Not only did I never received anything, the money eBay customer service said was sent back to my account never ever got there. When I called weeks later to explain to them I never received my refund, they said they put it back so there is nothing they could do for me at that point. The whole eBay is a bad business.

Every time I see one of these I just feel horrible for ppl who have to go through this. Especially so far along since the console released. I was lucky to have gotten my first one right after Christmas 2020. I was then able to get 4 more between January and July of this year. All for my daughter, my two best buddies and one of their sons. If anybody out there is still going through it trying to get a console, all I can say is to keep trying. Scalpers are not an option. The wait may be long but it’s very well worth the wait and the effort. Stand firm.

Just won mine on ebay in an auction. 670 tax and shipping 815...unopened disc version. Anyway ebay refunds 100% and prosecutes the scammer and always buy from a seller with a good record to avoid the bs.

When I can walk into the store and buy a PS5 is when I’ll buy one.

Ebay doesn't send packages using amazon boxes, Amazon does. As an Ebay seller, I can assure you, if you attempt to re-use an amazon box to send someone a package you can get sued lol.

this is why you don’t trust ebay lol at least you got a ps4 pro

Word of advice: Never buy a PS5 from eBay. Odds are, it might be a scam
