kaci im telling u rosemary water for ur hair is a bomb. It helps with growth and it feeds yor hair so well but apply it in the evening and morning and only add into ur roots x.

The new Redken shampoo, conditioner and leave in is amazing for dyed blonde hair. Honestly I’d a life saver for me, my hair was the soooo dead now it’s amazing. It’s the acidic bonding in the white bottle!!!

For helping your hair the best thing in the world for me was olaplex, I have the whole range and all the products I use help with building your bonds. One of my favourites is the moisture mask that use after the bond maintenance shampoo also the neal wolf shampoo and conditioner treatment which are sulfate free. Since going blonde my hair is healthier than before the dye. x

This is so helpful, do you recommend this for really puffy/frizzy hair cause my hair used to be naturally straight (still kind of is) but now when I get out of the shower it already goes a bit curly so do you have anything to help get my natural hair back or to make it more nicer. Btw I haven’t dyed or done anything to my hair

@@ur.fav1 I have frizzy hair, so after I wash it I always brush and blow dry it and then use a hair oil after it’s all dry this helps me

@@ur.fav1 it’s the Aragon oil of Morocco, pretty sure you can get it from anywhere and it sais it’s for all hair types .Also it might work better to use after and before blow drying it and only use on the ends of hair and don’t use a lot xx

you should invest in buying or making rose mary oil/ water, and applying it to your hair 2 times a week. i usually put it on a hour before showering and then i shower it off. it’s made my hair so much shinier, stronger, and it has amazing properties for unclogging your roots and scalp

It’s autumn winter is in March lovely ❤️

for hair growth, here are some tips... 1) Massage your scalp at night whislt hanging your head upside down, it sounds weird but it make blood flow to your scalp causing more hair growth. 2) Befroe washing your hair do the same as step one but with oil, my favourites coconut but there are others. Leave for an hour or two and wash out. Make sure its all washed out to prevent grease. 3) Double shampooo. 4) get a scalp massage to use when washing your hair. 5) Get regular trims because with dead ends your hair wont grow it will just grow to that point and keep breaking off. 6) Microfibre towel after shwoering not normal towel. 7)use less heat where possible 8) Brush your hair from the bottom up and gently to orevent breakage.

A really good tip instead of dying ur hair is using a colour protecting shampoo and conditioner and on a sunny day use lemon juice to make ur hair blonde!

if you don't want to dye your hair but want lighter roots mix purple shampoo and purple conditioner together and put on dry hair and leave for 30 mins then wash hair as normal- works so well for me

I like very good yummy yum the rice and the chicken good job
