Food from the past still exists, packaged decades or even centuries ago, laying in forgotten bunkers and pantries around the world. These foods have long since expired…or have they? Collectors everywhere save the bottles, tins, and boxes they come in, but not many do what Josh and Old Smokey do. They collect, unbox, examine, and eat the oldest, most iconic foods to have survived history. It’s the best way they’ve found to experience history first hand.

Holy cow! I didn't even think that was possible with food.

It's the reason they went from fortified with vitamins and iron to vitamins and minerals, but yes it's still being put in our food

Crazy thought, red blooded Americans are fed iron. The elite , blue bloods , use silver or gold. Most info on this has been censored away, but you can still find a story about a man with blue skin caused from drinking silver. He claims he has never felt as good as he does now.

@@ibelieveinyou502 yes your skin can get blue from silver but i think generally creatures with blue blood have copper in their blood instead of iron. and metals like gold that do not rust could not be used to carry oxygen as far as i know so it would not work in blood

1:36 hey bro, I think it's just magnetic effect like a ruler with paper cut. occurs because there is a transfer of electric charge, in this case the fresh cereal is still dry and electron transfer occurs when pressed.

This is not electric charge or something. Kellogs Special K in the Netherlands had iron added also, they shredded old nails into the cereals. Since this came to light Kellog changed its formula though. I think that happened around 8 or 10 years ago.

@@obudanbondon the question in all the videos I've gone through that no one has asked is why is there iron metal in cereal and why would the FDA allow it. That should be what people are really talking about.

If you take time out of your day to crush cereal and see if it sticks to a magnet for no reason other than you can . . . you might be a hipster bearded, backwards hat wearin', douch.

I've seen a ton of KZread videos of people unboxing and eating old food from historical packaging. I'm not I see anything new here, or just an idea from the internet. But looks good however.

Only here to leave a comment. This show is an embarrassment & a phenomenal lack of judgement. It stinks of desperation, might be time to set higher standards.
