@@RockstarEater arent their multiple places there to eat for seafood i mean and trays the one had a line of 200 ppl i went to the other side where it was 25 ppl my corn wasnt roasted i didnt taste any salt in the Cajun spice and my 5 scaaaaalops had no sear! i was a lil bummed

Steve, you are a rockstar!! San Pedro Fish Market isn't just a meal, it's a day-long adventure. Stop wasting your money on supermarket fish!! These guys really know their business and will prepare it and cook it for you. BTW, don't let the prices keep you away...those plates can feed 4 -6 people!! You don't have to get the ultra-deluxe plate-like Steve did. I get the clam chowder, a large shrimp cocktail, and a beer and I'm very satisfied. Great video, Steve!

That San Pedro Sea Foods Market is huge. I like sea foods a lot. I eat all kinds of sea foods on daily basis when I was growwa up. However, I have not eating any sea foods for years now because sea foods are very expensive at where I leave right now and sea foods are not easy to come by in this area.

I went there after seeing the video a few days ago. It was a disappointment to say the least. The fish is not fresh, and the king crab leg is 3x cost compare to Costco. I was going to walk out but decided to go through it. They didn’t provide plastic gloves and crabs cracker- what a mess to eat Cajun prepared seafood! Others seems to enjoy it, but it was a terrible experience for me.

I live around the corner from the Wilmington one and it is fireeee I love the shrimp,Fries and Beer!! I'ma probably go try some oysters today.

You can ask to just use the butter or light Cajun seasoning or light on both, sometimes the flavors overpower the seafood flavor

Have you been to one of those Chinese supermarkets that sell live seafood? They are a lot cheaper & fresh. Anyway, I heard many great reviews about this restaurant, so unique, Cancun seasoning, wow, looks good

Growing up in SoCal we typically went to 99RanchMarket for live crab and lobster then cook it at home.

@@dannyviveros7095 depends on store, some big chain asian stores will steam it for you, some wont but they are much cheaper like $8 to $9 a pound for dungerness crab, instead of $30 to $40 a pound from places like this.

Another excellent upload. Seafood is very healthy and nutritious. I'm glad you made it to San Pedro, I have been to that San Pedro fish market twice, they have great fish and seafood. Some times they have a band playing. Great service! It's always a full house there. Highly recommend that fish market.

Can one get a small portion of shrimps? I like scallops, clams, mussels, lobster, king crab, parrot fish, grouper no salmon if farmed raise as their white stripe is broad meaning it has lots of Omega 6 causing gout and rheumatism. No corn if GMO. NO tomato and potato just garlic bread plus a bottle of white wine. That would be superb meal.

Nice selection. The prices are really high. It seems food prices in last few months going off the charts.

It is worth to have all you can eat seafood buffet. Believe it or not, for a bottle of frozen oysters of six costs me about $10 already!

Parrot fish?! I don't think I ever saw a parrot fish in a fish market. I gotta try that, unless it costs the same as a lobster then the lobster wins out.

I used to come.here al the time when I lived in eastlos. Great place the only thing is I don't eatis farmed raised seafood at all. This place is the bomb and thier workers are the best

What a rip off. Come up to Bay Area during crab season and it's only $7 per lb. You can buy it straight from the fisherman at the docks.

As I said in all my videos, it's best to look at the website for prices since it varies according to what exact food you order. This whole tray was $400, but I can't say the same for everyone else's.

If you are serious about eating there, i suggest look on the website for most updated prices.

that cloudy-eyed fish isn't fresh. Always buy fish with clear eyes. Also, they could have humanely dispatched that lobster with a knife prior to throwing it in boiling water.

Food is good, but it will definitely hurt your wallet. The fish is reasonably priced, but everything else is so overpriced.

I wanted to like it, and I was looking forward to it. Overall it was an overpriced, sloppy mess of food accompanied by an insanely long line and a huge crowded patio. Extremely overpriced. Worst oysters I've ever had as well.

Yes, salmon is healthy except when drenched in butter.

Your reviews can't be trusted. You interview the owner/workers. Then you try the food. It could be mediocre or bad. But you will say it's good/great because you interviewed the owner/worker. Next time try to do a review without interviewing the owner.

There’s literally tons of reviews from a bunch of famous KZreadrs already so there’s no need to criticize this persons style.

Don't buy those cooked lobsters bc 10 out of 10 are dead. Plus, I would not recommend buying those lobster tails, too. Always buy live seafood no matter what.
