    I will admit, I was very reluctant to try an elimination diet. I did not cut all of the things recommended in this video, but I was AMAZED at the difference I felt in my body by cutting dairy and eggs. I saw huge reductions in my inflammatory response, my digestion improved and I dropped about 15 lbs with ease. I don't even miss those food items anymore because I associate them with pain.

    No! Citrus is not "unhealthy" but some people are allergic to citrus products. You should experiment and find out how you react once you eliminate and re-introduce. :)
