2 eggs
a few okras (3-5 okras, depends on how big they are)
a pinch of salt
warm water
a tablespoon of soy sauce
a teaspoon of olive oil or sesame oil

1. Add Warm Water: Use warm water when mixing with the eggs.
2. Water-to-Egg Ratio: Add 1.5 times the amount of water as the weight of the eggs.
3. Salt: Mix in a pinch of salt to help the eggs set.
4. Cover with Ventilation: Cover the egg mixture with plastic wrap or a lid, leaving small holes for steam to get in.
