Tell us your favorite ways to cook sweet corn. Also explain how not to get took at a roadside stand selling Field corn as sweet corn. Happened to my husband once. Yuck!

Where I live there are farmers selling it all around. Not yet.... Field corn looks different. I just can it as is and reheat. I am new to all of this and learn as much as I can and share what I learn
