Love this. I am trying to doodle while on my lunch. I attempted this. My bird is a little on the thin side. Lol, I painted it with the vivivia color sheets, so my colors are bold . Still, it's a fun practice . Thanks for the idea and tutorial.

Love how you make it look so easy and fun. I am such a perfectionist and I have to learn how to be more loose and have more fun. I get overwhelmed and then I do nothing. Got to get more daring and you really help with that. Did a lot of your Christmas designs as Christmas cards and loved all of them. Thanks for making painting look and feel fun. I am new to watercolor painting, as in i opened the brushes up right before i gave this tutorial a whirl...it took me a lot longer than the video, as I would pause, rewind and replay as i learned. I did this with some shimmery watercolor set from Micheal's and I really love how they turned out! They're so shimmery and beautiful! Thanks for the watercolor hummingbirds! I'm still getting used to looser/lesser perfect type art and can be overcritical of my own work before it's even done. Off to follow more of your tutorials soon!
