Pêche Équilibrée Recipe by Jarrett Holborough
Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE Vodka
3/4 part Lemon Juice
3/4 part Simple Syrup
1 tsp Peach Preserves
+ Lemon Twist
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Yes and I don't recommend it, it remains in clumps.

We've had the best luck when we shake a jam cocktail extra hard (instead of just stirring) - hope this helps you too!
