Stir fried curries are just as delicious as they sound and so easy to make at home. Just have some good curry powder and you got yourself a delectable lunch or dinner on any day of the week.

INGREDIENTS
2.5lb. ( 1,13kg ) Tri tip beef steak
1Tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs Corn starch
1 Tbs Cooking vegetable oil ( I used olive oil )
1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Green chili (deseeded optional )
1 Tbs Curry powder
1 Large yellow onion ( 2 Medium ), peeled and sliced medium
1 Large bell pepper, cleaned, cut in half deseed and cut into medium julienne
1 tsp soy
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Cilantro to finish and garnish

Look at this healthy, sumptuous, and delicious “Curry Beef Stir-fry with Peppers and Onions: Beef stir fry” with yellow rice that Chef D has blessed us with? Fresh slim cuts of beef, long sliced red bell peppers and onions, spiced nicely, and stir fried, and garnished with fresh green leaves! To go with yellow rice mixed with vegetables! The final dish is very yummy! Very tasty! Very healthy! Very beautiful! Chef D has been holding down the fort this Fall Season!
