Great job! And very creative! I always wondered how epoxy, CNCs, and plywood work together, and now I know-can’t wait to make some of these projects!! Go Air Force!

That is really nice, and for those that do not have CNC machines but do have a laser engraver that works well too! At least for the infill portion.

Nice work, I recently found your page and enjoy watching. However, if you're going to be mainly trying to teach folks make sure to give good info especially with epoxy. You instructed several aspects of epoxy mixing and pouring that were incorrect and can really mess up someone new. One example is scraping your cup to get every last bit out onto your project. Only takes one time to get a soft spot from unmixed epixy by doing that and they'll either give up or spend more money. (That is experience talking lol) Great end result, it would look cool in a pvc blank as well. Good luck

You must mix completely including scraping the sides of the cup. Epoxy is expensive. You shouldn’t waste it by not scraping the sides of the cup. Poorly mixed, yes you will get soft spots and poor quality pours. Thank you for your concern

i do a lot of timber engraved resin inlay using solid timber....question I have...what do you coat the back with and do you have issues with cupping as the epoxy shrinks as it fully cures..I have this on solid timber pieces but once cured i plane then down to remove the cupping...
