Rachel, I made this recipe to rave reviews. It was delicious. I used farm tomatoes and added fresh oregano, dill and parsley from the garden (as I didnt want the herbs to be wasted). The result was so good that I will have to make this many more times. Blessings and love, Sherry 🥰🙏💞

I have to admit that I wasn’t initially excited about stuffed tomatoes until you revealed the stuffing mixture. I should have known better. The ricotta stuffing will be delicious. I need to suspend disbelief. I have the best tomatoes right now.

hey, stuffed tomatoes. ohh gosh that looks fantastic.....truthfully, I have had stuffed peppers, but never stuffed tomatoes.....this is a great recipe, Rach....I will be making those, without a doubt....ohh, just a little note, I made your fideo with ground beef last Friday, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed that..I wanna thank you for that delicious meal....and these tomatoes are definitely on my to do list...as always, a lovely presentation, Rach....and thank you..

Oh, my goodness, my Johnny loves baked tomatoes and these he's going to devour as they look scrumptious! And perfect timing as I have leftover ricotta cheese from making lasagna for Sunday dinner. This looks delicious and so easy to make. Love the idea of serving alongside a steak as we have company coming on Wednesday and I was wondering what to make with the little filet mignons I'm going to make. Plus, I have to share with you my dear Rachel, because of you, I have begun using both green and white or purple onion in my dishes. Truly two different textures and I love it. Thank you so much my friend, this is a perfect side dish for a steak, my Ron and i love these stuffed tomatoes. If you use smaller tomatoes, use less time in the oven or they will be mushy, 15- 25 is good and be sure to season or salt well, I hope you and your Johnny enjoy them. Just to say again how much I love your recipes as well as your personality they both go hand-in-hand. I’m not sure as this is happening to anyone else, but on several of your videos when it comes to the advertising of different products, usually if you’re not interested, you can press the X key and take you out of it, but on several that I came across yesterday and this one I couldn’t get out of them some of my kids some of you just had to let it all the way through or close out completely. I hope we are not going to that extreme. Thanks for all your hard work you go through with your videos and enjoy them. Have a blessed day.

That looks so good. I would eat it all by itself for dinner if there was rice or bits of meat in the mixture too. I would only broil it to get the top toasty. Otherwise the tomato turns too mushy. Thanks for the idea.

Rachel, another great recipe. I will try this, we just picked our first red tomato’s. We have been waiting so long. I have eggplant and zucchini but the tomatoes have been slow to come This growing season has been strange. Our peaches will be ready in two weeks. You know what that means! Your peach cobbler recipe will be engaged! We are in PA so our season is a little later. Love the apron, paisley is my favorite!
