It's lovely but why didn't the floating shelves work out?

You did a beautiful job! People have always asked me why I take the time to do upgrades in a rental. I tell them my home where ever it is, it's my sanctuary and when it's pleasing to MY eyes I'm not as depressed about the space I'm living in.

looks great!!! baking soda mixed with peroxide is an excellent grout cleaner, if you're looking for something less caustic in the future.

I like the renter friendly stuff!! I’m a little handy but don’t always feel like I can make changes to my rental but you have shown otherwise!!

I thought I was the ONLY one who also replaced the toilet seats!! It just seems so gross to keep the old/used ones

I need to do some of these in my bathroom! And thankfully, even though I rent, she won't mind any improvements I make since I also take care of the yardwork, garden and snow in the winter!

You did a 'boss' job! I could see them wanting to keep all your upgrades and mark that unit as 'newly renovated'. But I wouldn't leave those fixtures because they are too nice. I'd actually be doing this for a while in all the units I move in over the years, except I never changed out the faucet or light fixture. Thanks for this video!

I was skeptical about the grout cleaner too, but no more! Thank you! ❤️ And the way you taped up the tub before caulking is something I will try soon. 😘😂 Looks great! I'm Ina rental and needed this desperately. ❤️
