I think this is the recipe I have been waiting for!! They look just like the shortbread cookies made by Walkers Shortbread company. I can hardly wait to try it. Thanks a lot. My grandmother made some and I forgot to ask for the recipe over time and she passed years ago. I think it's the same recipe and the key word is "Scottish Shortbread" (tartan design on bag).

Omg I craved these so much when I was pregnant

I was thinking to make this on the next weekend. I love these cookis. One of my favorites. I like you put so much butter. It makes the cookies more tasty. I like your cookies, they looked like from a store. I like thickness too.

Just made this recipe and they are absolutely amazing! Family went crazy over them so looks like I’ll be making them again very soon 😊 I didn’t have enough corn flour though was just a bit short, so I used half corn flour and half custard powder to substitute. Also used the updated recipe in description, not the one in the video. Taste better than store bought

Why not normal sugar. Does corn starch and icing sugar make it harder
