You can put sago in your chicken pies to make the filling thicker :D You can buy sago in Thailand and here in Hong Kong too. In Thailand they pair it with coconut milk and mango, it's very yummy :P

Loved this video....exactly like Mom made it....Sago also know as Tapioca...can also be added in pie filling to bind it....also in Tapica/Sago milkshakes love that.

Sago and Tapioca are from different plants but yeah very similar starches that can be used most of the time interchangeably.

Tapioca is larger than sago The sago bubbles are finer than tapioca. I know because my gran used both in various dishes

Your right sago comes from a palm and tapioca comes from the root of a plant also one is white the other is a brownish colour . Also this recipe either needs more sago or less milk my mother was a cook and hers was thicker , more like a rice pudding when finished . Its not as good when too sloppy .@@TracyD2

@@ScreamingPugs diet is going ok, I reached my goals of slimming down tho there is some fat on the lower abs / not fully lean on the hips but its not that bad and its something I can hopefully turn it into muscle so In a 1 months time I be doing a slow bulk. Issue I have I did not diet correctly when I was cutting because I did not eat hardly much protein and did not do enough weights lol. Ah you guys have level system too? Wow you guys already eased the lockdown ! But i guess its ure summer out there so the government had to ease it otherwise ppl will rebel even more. Apparently UK has the South Africa strain or something what does that mean? LOL, I think lockdown will ease for us like in May earliest which sucks but rather have a summer then nothing. Good you guys made the progress for weight so keep at it. Its goddamn hard to be consistent but eventually its achievable :-D

Sago is not frog eggs 😁 South african indians use it to make sweet dishes. Some people use it in savoury dishes as well
