Beautiful work you do. I have the same machine and love it for rope bowls. What is the pink attachment you added to the pressure foot riser?

lol, it is tape and a piece of folded paper so that when I put the presser foot down I can see it…just a visual so I don’t forget to put it down because this machine will still sew in the up position. Being as the rope is thick it is not easy to tell that the foot is not down.

I tried to locate your website apart from Etsy. I have a question regarding your sewing machine… the brother… I’m looking for a machine that has a higher clearance to accommodate this large rope. Could I have the model name of yours? Thank you.

@@Cc-pw4lw www.etsy.com/shop/KatsArtStudio64. My website here😁😁 My machine is brother ST 531 HD. For the thicker rope you have to lift the foot after you lift the foot… hope that makes sense…both my sewing machines are able to so this…I also have the brother embroidery machine

One more thing , knot and rope supply also carries 1/4 inch rope that works up a beautiful basket as well…I just prefer the 5/16 rope as it make sewing a basket faster for me 😁
