Nothing rly duplicates it. You can leave it out in a recipe with this little. Its worth having. Mirin works as a dub. Dry sherry, too.

When all the pink is gone and the chicken is solid white. It also depends on the slice of chicken. Thin slices will fry-up quicker. The less chicken sliced (one breast/2-4 persons), less time than larger servings. Two or 3 breasts sliced up will take longer than one chicken breast. And it depends on your skillet, pan or wok. 😋

@@sussybaka5322 hard to say, but Thai bird eye (red/green) chilies are close enough and commonly available. You should be adjusting based on local chilies available and spice tolerance anyways, I think some of these chilies used in KZread cooking videos are very regional.
