EASY PUTO Full recipe video
1 1/4 cups sifted cake flour (you may also use all-purpose flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
pinch of salt
Tips:
• In the absence of puto moulds, you may use aluminum moulds or even small pyrex cups
• Add 1 Tbsp ube flavoring or Pandan essence to make your puto extra colorful & flavorful
• No bamboo steamer? No problem. Use your metal / aluminum steamer. Then line the lid with cheesecloth or clean towel to prevent condensation.
• Depending on the size, Puto is cooked after 10-15 mins in the steamer, OR until the top exterior is firm to the touch.

Hi chef.. Ginawa ko po ngayon ang easy puto recipe mo.May umorder po na 50's. Tama ka po, napakadaling gawin. Masarap, hindi siya dense. Fluffy po siya. I use fresh milk kasi mahal na rin ang evap milk. Maraming salamat, chef. Maraming salamat po sa mga tips.
Chef!! Ginawa ko po ito today. Since wala po akong muffin molds and bamboo steamer, i used llanera and and electric steamer. Forgot to oil the llanera so did it a second time and came out perfect. Gustong gusto din ng neighbor kong kiwi! Salamat po! -Ann from New Zealand

The puto that we made turned out really good Chef RV!! Hi, yes i used oven water bath with Silicon Backform, not so high Temperature 160⁰C it Works
