    I can’t put left foot on right knee. I have left hip arthritis. Would using the strap on left foot to pull up be ok with left hip arthritis? Thank you. I enjoy your videos.

    As long as you are cleared by your doctor to do stretches, it should be okay.

    Dr. Jo, since having knee replacement in 2021, I can't do this stretch because it irritates my new knee even now. Even your method here doesn't help. Any advice to get around that?

    A roller, ball, or massage gun can be used to loosen up the muscle as well.

    Thanks Jo for this, I can do the figure 4 piriformis stretch but after 3-5mins I start to get pins and needles in my foot/ankle - what would this mean? (does it both sides too!)

    You're welcome. It could mean a few different things, so unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.
