EASY NO SEW TAB BINDING TUTORIAL
In this video I show how to make a fun and easy notebook with no sewing!
My advise at the beginning of the video to leave the tabs loose is wrong! At about 24 minutes I realize the book will not be strong enough and I tighten up my tabs. Please watch @ 24:19 to see updated info on tab glueing. I apologize for the misinformation.
I love making journals and I know there are literally hundreds of people jumping on the bandwagon every day. I thought I would make some videos showing some of the most popular, fun and easy projects that I've seen over the last few years.

Hi Abby, Thanks for subscribing. I keep meaning to make a video of the finished journals. I ended up making 3 from the different papers in the video. I really like making this style of journal, they are fast and easy and can still be decorated alot. I waffled on the part about the tabs, I will have to clear that up in the flip through video. I think you can use longer tabs to allow for growth but the journal may feel wobbly until it is filled. 📚📚

Жыл бұрын
Hi Judy, I've been trying to figure out where the papers came from because it was multiple sources. I know the first and last page, the pink damask, all of the lined pages and a single page towards the middle (a darker damask type design) all come from Artymaze's Foxglove Bliss kit www.etsy.com/listing/765846867/foxglove-bliss-full-size-journal-kit? I added a link not sure if it will work but she is very popular just type in artymaze on etsy and you should find her. There are others also, one page from Tina at shabbydabbydoodah and the pink doily pages are from Carloines Craft tree. I never did figure out where the cover pages came from, probably something I saved a long time ago. Hope this is helpful. I really appreciate your comments on my videos.

Жыл бұрын
Hi Patricia, Thanks so much for subscribing. I made the tabs using a whale tail tab punch. After I punched out the tabs and folded them in half I cut off the lower half. You can make something very similar by just using a 1" square of paper, fold it in half and then round the corners. You can adjust from there but when I made one using the square piece of paper it turned out almost the exact same size. I hope that helps.
