These look great. I’m sure they taste even better. I made French bread a bout too weeks ago. I agree, once you make homemade bread, you don’t any to buy from the store. A little effort with long term rewards. Thank you.

I absolutely love your recipes. 1. Your instructions are simple and straightforward. 2 you give meaningful tips and you explain your actions or reasons at every step for perfect recipe turnout results. Fantastic. Thanks again. I’ve always been circumspect of homemade bread due to the many flops, the lengthy periods of handling dough and the MESS it creates. Being a mom, wife, business owner, time is money to me, therefore, this is the ideal recipe for me. Homemade, Quick and Disaster Proof.

Lovely bread and crust. One suggestion: when using a razor to slash the dough, slash at an angle almost sideways rather than upright at 90degrees. this method does not depress or pull the dough and it makes a deeper cut resulting in a good rise without any cracking near the bottom of the loaf. I use a knife which I sharpen to a razor's edge. Great video.

Hello Claudy. I have tried many recipes to make my own Bread & have a 50% success rate if I can say that. lol. Some were good & some were not so good. Dense, hard tasted not that great, etc. I tried yours on the fly & it turned out great. I did half your recipe & made 3 x 6-8'' sub buns. Had some cold cuts with that & Suisse cheese. Mmmmmm, it was good! And easy to make really. Thanks for sharing this & I'll probably stick to your recipe from now on. God bless, From Montreal, Quebec, Canada. ♥
