Corn cobs for drainage. You can add pine cones or any rough dead foliage or pebbles

Is the fruit 1 is 1 only? I think it's a waste if you can only harvest 1 fruit for every plant.

If you chose only 1 fruit you get a much larger much sweeter fruit as all plants energy goes to the single fruit. If you have many you get smaller less sweet fruit- quality over quantity

as the other guy said, each flower can fruit but you’re gonna have to pump it with so much fertilizer and make sure it gets lots of sunlight and enough water because when the plant uses all its energy on one fruit, it results in a big sweet juicy one. so u decide what balance of quantity and quality u want.

its a beautiful process to grow foods. sometimes cantaloupe I can buy for 1 dollar but I still saved some seeds to grow like this video. I suggest u to grow red beets if u can since they are very easy. but expensive at the store.

It looks like the cost of growing one cantaloupe is way more than the cost of a cantaloupe.
