TODAY'S RECIPE IS Easy Kachagolla Sweet Recipe | Pranhara kachagolla Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 & 1/2 litre
Let it boil
Vinegar + water (2 tbsp each)
Add gradually
Milk start curdling
Strain
Wash with cold water
Squeeze well
Knead for 2 mins
Sugar 1 tbsp
Mix well
Divide the mixture
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Keep stirring (low flame)
Mixture separated from pan
Cool for 2 mins
Add Remaining mixture
Knead well
Make balls
Coat with mix powder
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
