G when I did my trench I dug 4’ down as I couldn’t hold any curves as it’s so stiff. Needed the 4’ depth so i could make the radius 12 years later my back has recovered

Yeah we also did a 4' deep trench to get below the frost line and to achieve the entry angle you describe at the heater

What size coring bit would you recommend for the 1 inch? Also I imagine this would still work great going from the house boiler 100ft to the garages infloor heating, instead of having an outdoor boiler.

The outside diameter of the 1” ThermoPEX is 4 ¼”, so 4 ½-4 ¾ would work and many people seal the opening with expanding foam.

I find it rather odd that the 25mm line is much smaller than the 1" line. One inch & 25mm are pretty much the same size. One inch equals 25.4mm so I don't understand the difference in these 2 lines. Maybe someone that is familiar with this from CB can explain it.

The one inch is about 7/8" inside and the 25mm is about 3/4" inside. Keep in mind you don't have to increase the circumference of a circle much to increase the volume.

We are going to be pouring our concrete slab and one of your salesman advised me to put a piece of 6” pipe straight down, at least 6” below the footer. This would suggest the pipe would be coming in at a hard 90 degree angle. His suggestion is opposite of what you just showed. So how exactly do I stub this up; before we pour concrete?

Putting the 6" pipe at a 45 degree angle may be more manageable. If using a 90 degree angle, there would have to be room for the ThermoPEX to sweep and curve since it doesn't flex that easily.

Is the pex tubing in Thermopex a Pex-A aka uponor that can use expansion fittings?

It's not meant for expansion fittings but it is an oxygen barrier.
