heeey hope you are all doing well! i was thinking about starting a monthly live where you can watch me cook! what do you think? ingredients: for 3-4 kohlrabi 500ml water 350ml vinegar 300g sugar (feel free to adjust to your taste) 1 tbsp of salt 2 tbsp yuza (yuzu) honey 2 dried chilli peppers korean spicy noodles: 2 servings korean somyun or soba noodles 2 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp gochgaru 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp honey 2 garlic cloves for toppings: protein of your choice (pork belly is great tho), lettuce, boiled eggs, and ofc your homemade pickles! recipe inspired by @mrs_macarons
