Good idea on the fruit salad. My mom used to make that and she threw in the maraschino cherries and green grapes for color. Came from her southern roots.

Val!!!!!!! 🤗🤗 I've just self diagnosed myself with OCD because....you left a half cherry in the drainer!!!! I cant stop thinking about that lonely half cherry that's been MY FAV since I was filling diapers! That poor half cherry! 😢 Oh if I were in kitchen with you girls I would have very covertly stolen it and chewed it up fast to conceal the evidence! 😂😂😂 I'm now going to self medicate...where did I put my 🍺? Ok Val...your soup recipe for keibasa and white beans...well...I did the base the same, added leeks I had in the freezer...and...I used chicken and potatoes....man oh man.. hubby is on cloud nine! He said another great soup!!!.....thanks so much for showing us how to make it....next us trying to make Vicki's cornbread. Got the flour but it's very expensive in Canada but I am going to try making it.... maybe tomorrow with our soup leftovers......hugs from Canada
