I love how she keeps everything simple and not overdue on the spices. Most importantly she uses ingredients that a regular household would typically have in their fridge and pantry. Glad I found this channel. Hopefully I can surprise my wife and daughter w one of these recipes for dinner.

Lol I'd suppose although for the longest time that was uncommon because male chefs were more rapid for a minute. But honestly if you really think about it women have naturally delicate hands for the job.

Look at the time needed to cook the potatoes. Prepare your chicken first. Set aside to marinate. Next start to cut and prepare your potatoes. Then do the math. However long it takes for the chicken to cook, start sautéing the chicken that amount of time before your potatoes are expected to be done. Both will finish at the same time. 45-60 minutes for the potatoes to cook. 10-12 minutes for the chicken to cook + whatever amount of time it takes you to prep the potatoes before you put them in the oven. So your chicken is marinating anywhere between 40 minutes to an hour.

I didn't hear the "mmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmm" at the end. It's my favored part!!

I'm with you! For some reason potatoes just aren't the side dish for this type of chicken. Rice is perfect, fried rice even better 👍
