EASY ESSENTIALS. Eliminate Overpacking Syndrome. You Don't Need ALL THAT STUFF! Going to Quartzsite
Quartzsite Tips: KEEPING WARM: Turn your car heater on 5 mins before bed and again in early morning eliminating the need for a portable heater. Sweaty socks at night is a no-no. Wear dry warm socks to bed. Keep your head warm with a knit hat. Warm sleeping bag rated for at least 25 degrees.
WATER NEEDS: One gallon per day. There's water stations to fill container in town.
LESS = MORE FREEDOM: Prioritize experiences over possessions
MORE RESOURCEFUL: Relying on fewer items encourages self-sufficiency. You learn to make the most of what you have and become more resourceful. A cooler bag is all you need to keep some fresh fruit and vegetables crisp. You can always buy a bag of ice. Be creative with shelf-stable foods. Freeze-dried and dehydrated foods work well on the road.
MORE MOBILITY: Carrying less gear means you are more mobile and flexible without being weighed down by excess baggage and eliminate the worry of leaving stuff unattended at your campsite.
MORE SPACE: You'll be able to move around more comfortably inside a small space. For a table, a simple foldable TV tray works well.
MORE TIME: The more you bring, the more time you'll spend managing and organizing your belongings. By minimizing your gear, you will focus on the experience and enjoy the present moment more.
First time in Quartzsite? Just figure out some kind of a bed, get a bucket with some bags and you're good to Go. Have Fun. You can always buy whatever you discover you just can't live without in town. It really can be that simple.

Great information TG. See you soon!
Hi Elaine, yes, definitely need a place for everything and everything in its place. My very first morning waking up in my car camper, it took me the best part of 20 or 25 minutes to find my socks. Oh man that was not good.... but lesson learned. happy trails and safe travels. Be blessed
I agree with so much…having a place for your things…not a big bin…use it, put it back. I do have a 12 volt fridge but I mostly use it for drinks. Hope to meet you on the road someday. Friends for sure!
Great…the tips….and you!
I use Kleenex too. Works top and bottom. One less thing to carry. Yes do the kiss method. Keep it simple sometimes

Yes, thanks
That was the weirdest ending to a video. “Just put it in a spray bottle and you can clean everything and UHHH see you down the road”

Thanks for watching until the end. Yes I agree the ending was a bit abrupt. I added some extra info in the description.

@@offairhead Why so critical? Does it matter? She finished showing her last item and then edited in a "goodbye" at the end.
I needed to hear this lol. Is that a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bucket?
