I love everything about this tutorial! Thank you! 1)I like your tip about putting a nail in the center of the chair rail then leveling out the sides and nailing. This was a point that was holding me back thinking I needed 2 people. 2) all the detailed good tutorials are in the UK or Canada, I assume you're in the states since you mentioned Lowes and materials I can get from my local store. 3) you're showing this done on builder grade textured walls and it looks good, another push for me doing mine and 4)The details!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
