I'm wondering why do you keep turning it around after each round? Normally when you are working in the round you don't flip it around after each round you just keep working on the same side. So um just wondering why do you keep flipping it?

Yes, you’re right that it’s not necessary to flip your work when working in the round. But I do this in most of my patterns whenever I’m aiming for a specific look or texture, and in some projects this is also my personal technique to keep the seams straight, as explained in some of my other videos. If you prefer not to, then it’s totally up to you to do it however you like :)
