Thank you. It turned out pretty well for me and I am a newbie. I was wondering if it keeps being "inner loop after row 9, for every row, or not. But logically thinking I though that if it kept being inner then you would mention it. And I think I was right, phew. I wouldn't like to make it once again, because I would make something wrong. Thank you once again :) My frog has a hat for a sunny summer days in the garden ;)

Just so everyone knows, the timestamps are not correct! I had to restart my hat twice because I was paying attention to the timestamps more than the actual video!

Exactly..I followed the time stamps and the hat made does not match the one she finished at the end of the video..the hat that I finished following the time stamps has more of a ruffled edge due to the addition of 2sc in one stitch then 1sc in the next…from I believe R9-12
