How to prepare stuffed fish
One large fish weighing one kilogram
Vegetables including parsley, coriander, mint 200 grams
Walnuts 2 tablespoons
Raisins 2 tablespoons
Three cloves of garlic
One onion
Pomegranate paste 3 tablespoons
salt, black pepper, turmeric, fish spices, two tablespoons each
In addition to liquid oil
Cut the belly of the fish with a sharp knife and empty the contents of the belly completely, remove the scales and wash the fish and season it with some lemon juice, salt, black pepper and turmeric on the skin and inside the belly of the fish for one hour. Let the fish get flavored, fry the sliced onion with oil, add the sauteed vegetables to the onions and add the crushed garlic to it, let the vegetable juice drain and fry them. Add walnuts and raisins to them to taste. After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and put the prepared ingredients inside the fish's belly, tie the fish with a palm leaf or string and needle, and put the mixed spices on the skin of the fish. Rub it and let the fish simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Our fish is ready
