Vanessa Nair, that is not tamarind juice. It is jeera,coriander ground. This is Eastern India,maybe Bengal.They eat river fish not sea water fish(saltwater) Not South or Western coastal India where tamarind juice is added to salt water fish. India and its diversity 🪔
