on my 330i, the dealer said I would have to open up the ceiling cover/plastic thing to hide the wires.

I guess its a lie! On my 330ix, i dont see any wires. Same way as how i did on the porsche macan

@@kennyli5838 exactly. There will be small room to tuck in above the ceiling cover toward inside of the car. You will feel the wire goes in. You just have to wire around after then

@@THE3MW. I tried a bit, it is really hard to tuck in the thick wire in, but I didn't try my hardest force. I was afraid it would break something(the plastic ceiling on top)

Hi, let me see if I understood.. When car is on, obd should be on 0, and dash cam is working? When car is off, obd should be on - and dashcam is still recording but no draining the battery, is that right? Thank you!

O is only on when the car is on. - works until the battery hits it’s 80% ish.
