Hey buddy. Elf bag is cute. You could just cut a new buckle and small strip for the center. Have yo considered turning the box in the ornament sideways or having the opening on the side? Or even put the box on a slight angle? Because it looks a little fiddly if you’re trying to get something out of it.

i found a Grinch bag on Pinterest that appears to be the same shape as yours. I just don't know how to link it for you. 😃. If you know how I can do that let me know. In the meantime I will save it to one of my boards so that I can find it again quickly.
