Easy Chocolate Muffins Recipe. Easy baking. No Sugar or Flour!

Ideal for those looking for healthy and nutritious recipes.
Ingredients:
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
1 cup (240 ml) water
2 eggs.
1/3 cup (100 g) Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons stevia syrup or any other sweetener of your choice
1 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
30 g cashews
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20-25 minutes.
For the chocolate frosting:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
5 tablespoons stevia syrup
30 g butter
Microwave for 30 seconds
