Ingredients
For 12 cookies
Measuring cup used 200 ml
All purpose flour 1 cup or 150 gm
Unsalted butter half cup or 100 gm
Powdered Sugar one by forth cup plus 2 Tbsp extra or 75 gm or as per taste
Vanilla essence Half Tsp
Baking Powder Half Tsp
Choco Chips One by forth cup
Corn Starch 1 Tbsp or 10 gm
Plus extra 1 Tbsp oil to grease a tray

@Cumin Curry: Thank you for this recipe and sharing the confidence of it being foolproof recipe. I had tried your Karachi biscuit measurements and they were fine. Here there is one confusion - Video shows 1/2cup (75gms) sugar whereas your description shows 1/4cup (40gms). I am in a middle of preparation and I already added 1/2cup. I am worried on how sweet it might become now!!! :(

Maam es measurement se banai to mera cookies bhut jayda khasta ban gya khasta kam karne ke liye kya kam karna hoga..baking powder nahi dalna hoga hai butter kam krna hoga..ek aur help kijiye kya ham butter ki jagah margerine use kr sakte hai
