That’s so interesting! I lived in Toronto for a few years in Cabbagetown. Not many Mexicans in that area but oh how I missed Tex-Mex when I was up there. I suspect you can cook really well! 😂

With a giant cup of coffee! That salsa looks awesome. Soy chorizo is surprisingly good and not as spicy as pork or beef chorizo. I like all three but soy chorizo is my favorite for tacos and burritos. I scramble the egg in the chorizo, my sis prefers dicing potatoes for it. And making some frybread! It is too fantastic!

That size is like 2 bites per Taco, those Tortillas are for "Street Tacos" something from a Street Vendor or a Bar/Cantina, a spoonful of Meat and some onions, cilantro and a splash of Salsa is all that fits for $2.00+ each, these would be great as Quesadillas though, look those up.

I love the salsa and tender and meat is so gooddddd. I love the idea of building my own taco . Thanks 🎉

Yum! Love breakfast anything, tacos, burritos, omelets, etc. I would add potatoes as well, Pattie’s, tots, hash browns. Sharky was well hidden. I had to watch a second time and only look for Sharky. I was too busy watching and paying attention to you the first time
