◆ Ingredients
・2 Eggs : 100g (3.5-ounce)
・2 Oikos with blueberries (blueberry Greek yogurt) : 226g (8-ounce)
・Granulated sugar : 50g (1/4 cup)

◆ Instructions
00:00 - Separate the egg whites from the yolks
00:37 - Mix the egg yolks and Oikos
01:41 - Add sugar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form
02:21 - Fold a small amount of the meringue into the batter to lighten it
02:36 - Gently fold in the remaining meringue until the batter is light and fluffy
03:05 - Pour the batter into the container
03:26 - Chill in the freezer overnight
