This look amazing. However when you put the peppers on top, because they produce their own water I was afraid that topping the chicken off with the peppers would’ve taken away from the seasoning on the chicken 😬😅. As for the cream of chicken, I would’ve added a few tablespoons of chicken broth to it in order to get the consistency that I desire, covered it and then went back in about an hour and a half later to add the peppers and a few shallots. I know; whatever we prefer, but I just wanted to give a helpful tip that may even bring out more flavor in the chicken. Also, seasoning it and letting it marinate overnight is a wonderful option before doing the tips that I mentioned as well! Nevertheless well done Mama Ray Ray! ❤ Your baked chicken looks great!

I tried this recipe a few days ago and my family loved it so much I made it again tonight. It’s one of the easiest and most delicious chicken recipes I have tried. Thank you for sharing! ❤

Looks good! I keep a powder sugar shaker full of flour, KFC herbs and spices. I take a chicken breast, sliced in half, pound it flat. Shake the seasonings on the cutlets, pat to coat, (i add a little extra Lawreys) and pan fry for a few minutes each side. Microwave a bag of rice/vegetable mix while doing the chicken. Have a fast, decent after work dinner. 😊✌ Mix to your liking in flour. 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground basil 1/2 tsp ground thyme 2 tsp celery salt 1 tsp ground oregano 1 tsp ground black pepper 3 tsp ground white pepper 2 tsp ground paprika 3 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp dried mustard 1 tsp ground ginger

The chicken does contain water which if you cover the meat tend to sweat which makes it juicy
