My version of this was a butterflied chicken breast, wrapped around a stick of feta and chorizo, then wrap with bacon... optionally add spinach and/or top with cheddar and sliced tomatoes... Either frying pan then oven, or with cheese it's best to oven then broil to finish off. Very tasty combination!
